Exciting Investment Opportunity in Comprehensive Green Methanol Complex

We are thrilled to present a unique investment opportunity linked to the development of a comprehensive green methanol complex on the Arabian Peninsula. Backed by the Danish state-owned Export and Investment Fund (EIFO), which has provided seed funding, this ambitious project covers every aspect of sustainable methanol production—from waste collection  to gasification, syngas processing, and ultimately, methanol synthesis.

Investment Details:

To achieve this vision, we are offering equity subscriptions in two phases:

  1. First Tranche: €25 million, aimed at funding the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED). This crucial phase ensures all technical and logistical parameters are optimized for efficiency and sustainability.

  2. Second Tranche: €500 million, targeted towards the actual construction of the methanol production complex.

This project not only offers financial returns but also contributes significantly to environmental sustainability by leveraging circular economy principles.
